Mesika Mongitta
Co-founder
Mesika Mongitta is a co-founder and managing director at JAMII IMPACT. He previously gained his practical experience in the microfinance industry in Tanzania and development finance industry in Germany before joining our Company. Mesika is not only a Certified international Expert in Microfinance by the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany but also holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda, Germany.
Andreas Reiffenstein
Co-founder
Andreas Reiffenstein is co-founder and director at JAMII IMPACT. He has many years of management experience in various roles in the financial industry (IT, Banking and Asset Management) in Germany and internationally. Andreas is a skilled Project Manager and a Certified international Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany. Andreas is a CEO and co-founder of UHURU Microfinance Consulting gGmbH.
Rahel Mongita
junior marketing and administration officer
Rahel works at our Head Office in Musoma, where she plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Having joined JAMII IMPACT early in her career, she has grown professionally through hands-on experience, continuous mentoring, and a strong commitment to learning.
She successfully completed the Certified Microfinance Professional programme at the Bank of Tanzania Academy, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and responsible financial inclusion.
Rahel combines attention to detail with a genuine passion for serving communities. Whether coordinating internal processes, supporting field operations, or assisting our partners and clients, she approaches every task with reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude.
She believes that financial inclusion is about more than providing loans—it is about creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and helping families build a better future. Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and commitment to JAMII IMPACT’s mission make her a valued member of our team.
