Mesika Mongitta
Co-founder
Mesika Mongitta is a co-founder and managing director at JAMII IMPACT. He previously gained his practical experience in the microfinance industry in Tanzania and development finance industry in Germany before joining our Company. Mesika is not only a Certified international Expert in Microfinance by the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany but also holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda, Germany.
Andreas Reiffenstein
Co-founder
Andreas Reiffenstein is co-founder and director at JAMII IMPACT. He has many years of management experience in various roles in the financial industry (IT, Banking and Asset Management) in Germany and internationally. Andreas is a skilled Project Manager and a Certified international Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany. Andreas is a CEO and co-founder of UHURU Microfinance Consulting gGmbH.
Flora Kisiraga
associate finance officer
Flora works with JAMII IMPACT as an analyst in the Accounting and Finance department. Prior to joining JAMII IMPACT, Flora worked as an accountant in the microfinance industry. Flora brought with her a strong knowledge in domestic and international accounting standards. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA – Tanzania). Flora completed her undergraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at Sokoine University of Agriculture.
Gwabara Lameck
Associate Investment Officer
Gwabara joined the JAMII IMPACT team fresh from University as an Intern. Since 2020, he progressed within the firm to the position of an Analyst in Investment Management. Before joining JAMII IMPACT, Gwabara completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania specializing in Aquaculture. His knowledge in the aquaculture sector contributes to minimizing risk on our portfolio in the lake zone.
Rahel Mongita
junior marketing and administration officer
Rahel works in our Daressalam branch. As a mother of two children, her heart beats for the imlementation of quality and safe education in the country. As such, she focuses in her daily work on introducing our customized “Shule Loan”-product to private schools in Daressalam.
Paskalia Rajabu
junior marketing and administration officer
Paskalia grows with the team. She is the good fairy in the office and also welcomes our clients at the front desk. She completed Secondary Education at Musoma Utalii Secondary School and holds a certificate as a medical attendant from Musoma Health Training Centre.
